Brief Description:

A mutli-storey, new build, city centre development Plymouth Old Tree Court is the flag ship DWP office in the South West accommodating of 500 government employees.

Acted on behalf of DWP through the life of the project from inception to final delivery with specific responsibility for the Fit Out works and liaison and coordination of the departments key strategic partners.

Plymouth OTC provides a national contact centre for the client and was delivered on time and below budget.
