Brief Description:

Logic TMS were commissioned to aid the football club move forward with the development of sports facilities at their current Darlington Arena stadium to add to the client current sports & leisure offer. We are helping to bring the planning process to a close and develop procurement strategy to deliver the new construction of Soccer Dome, Hotel, Pub, Nursery & Café.

The Soccer Centre site meant close liaison with the football club and its stakeholders in order to develop business cases to build and operate soccer based commercial venture that also served the local community and the requirements of the football club.

We are also involved in liaison with potential developers for the mixed use site which we hope to bring to site as soon as possible.
